A range of Swedish flags has joined our Danish flags in the Nordic countries section of the 15mm Flags for AB line of Napoleonic flags. Infantry sheets contain 8 flags per sheet (one Liffana, 3 Kompanifana per regiment), and cavalry sheets contain 12 flags. Sheets cost GBP3.25 each including VAT.
Some of the 1686B pattern infantry flags were carried right through to 1813, and a few regiments kept their earlier colours even after Crown Prince Bernadotte introduced a new pattern flag in 1813, allowing for plenty of variety in a Napoleonic Swedish army.

We regret that pictures of our range of flags are not available on the web in order to prevent copyright infringement, but we carry the full range of Flags for AB at shows.
Fighting 15s is changing the frequency with which it obtains new releases from Oddzial Osmy of Poland. Until March 2008 we used to order once a month, and were able to keep fully up to date with new releases from this company in its 1:600 ranges of WWII and modern AFVs and aircraft. Demand from the UK and North America was sufficient for us to generate shipments that were economic for us in terms of delivery charges.
A direct result of Oddzial Osmy appointing a US agent is that we have lost a substantial proportion of our sales of its 1:600 ranges. We have been scaling back stock levels as a result, and have been unable to create a large enough monthly order to warrant shipping the new releases without delivery charges forming an unacceptable proportion of the total cost of the order. We have therefore decided to switch to ordering once a quarter: our next shipment will therefore encompass the new releases for April, May and June, and will arrive sometime in early July.
Fighting 15s regretfully advises that, although we carry good stocks of Oddzial Osmy figures, if a particular code is out of stock it may now take eight or more weeks to obtain.
Fighting 15s is at Carronade, Falkirk, on 10 May. Fighting 15s attends Scottish shows with limited stock. They’re a long haul from the Isle of Wight and we travel by train only with what we can carry.
Advance orders are strongly recommended if you plan on picking up particular figures from us at a Scottish show.
I have just finalised the cases I am taking to the show, and will have 15mm AB Napoleonics (no coalition cavalry or artillery yet, though), 15mm AB ACW, 15mm Flags for AB, 30mm Huzzah! Miniatures, and Eureka’s 28mm Pirates and Age of Reason figures. Space permitting, I may have a few extras. All codes are pre-packed.
For anything else, including Oddzial Osmy 1:600 figures, and for any individual requirements for AB Figures, please place an advance order.
Preparation and packing for Carronade naturally interferes with our ability to process online orders, and there will be a delay in dealing with such orders, and especially in answering emails.
The six new 28mm figures sculpted by Victoria Lamb for Eureka Miniatures are now in stock and available in the online shop. Our initial stocks are limited and they available on a first-come, first-served basis. We have already re-ordered this range and should have a fresh wave of stock in the near future.
The Fighting 15s online shop now lists the initial codes of Huzzah! Miniatures range of classic 30mm Seven Years War figures. Figures, which include Prussian-style musketeers and grenadiers, are currently available to advance order as the figures have yet to be officially released.
Pictures of the figures currently only exist for the special bargain packs for gamers who use the old school wargames rules Charge! or The War Game. Huzzah! Miniatures is still at work on production moulds and pictures of individual figures of the range.
Prices of foot figures have been fixed at GBP0.70 per foot figure and GBP2.10 for the mounted officer. The base infantry pack coupled with a command pack for Charge! reduces the cost to the equivalent of just over GBP0.65 per foot figure including VAT.
The first 12 sheets of 30mm Prussian flags for the range is also available in the shop. Flags have been designed neatly to wrap round the flagpoles of standard bearers in the Huzzah! Miniatures range of classic 30mm figures.
Classic 30mm wargames figures are old school wargames figures of comparatively slim build that measure 30mm from head to foot.
